Refund policy

RETURNS
We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or because you changed your mind (hey, we get it).

To start a return, contact us at hello@allfriendsco.group.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us at hello@allfriendsco.group within 14 days of delivery.
Our fulfillment partner (Printful) will review the claim and issue a replacement or refund if applicable.

Do not send returns to any address without prior approval — they’ll just end up wandering the postal system like lost souls.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for orders that arrive later than expected — even during the holidays.
Once your package leaves our fulfillment partner’s facility, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, whose timeline may vary depending on the season, customs, or cosmic alignment.

🎄 Holiday Shipping Notice – AF&Co

Delivery deadlines are guidelines, not gospel.
During peak holiday season (November through December), our fulfillment and shipping partners experience high volumes and occasional delays.

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for orders that arrive after your intended gift date — including, but not limited to:

  • Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year’s Eve, or your in-laws’ visit.

  • Emotional emergencies related to “I needed it yesterday.

  • Shipping carrier drama beyond our control.

Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the capable hands of carriers operating on holiday time (a dimension where “2-day shipping” can mean “sometime next week”).

🎁 Plan ahead. Order early. Avoid heartbreak.
And remember: laughter ships faster than complaints.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items. We also don’t accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards — all those are final-sale, full-stop.


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want? Return the item you have (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with original packaging and proof of purchase.


REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process it (we blame bureaucracy).

All other sales are final — side effects may include buyer’s remorse, enlightenment, or both.
