Processing Times
All items are made to order (no dusty stockrooms here). Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Standard shipping within the U.S. generally takes 5–10 business days.
International shipping varies by location and may take 10–20 business days depending on customs and carrier performance.
Delays caused by postal services, customs, or planetary misalignment are beyond our control — but we’ll always try to help.
Holiday Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees. We don’t accept refunds or returns for orders that arrive later than expected — even if it ruins someone’s Christmas morning. (We’ll still sympathize, just not reimburse.)
Once your order leaves our fulfillment partner’s facility, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, who operates on their own mysterious schedule — especially during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected products. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — because everyone loves “free.”
For domestic orders, standard shipping is free for purchases of $55 or more.
A base shipping fee of $5.50 applies to orders under $55, with graduated increases for multi-item shipments.
For international orders, no free-shipping threshold applies. A base international shipping fee of $11.99 applies, with graduated increases for multi-item shipments.
Exact rates may vary based on carrier fees or regional surcharges.
All final shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Double-check your shipping address before confirming checkout. If the address is incorrect, contact us at hello@allfriendsco.group immediately. Once an order ships, we can’t guarantee redirection.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please reach out to the carrier first, then let us know if you still need help.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or looking like it survived a lab explosion, contact us at hello@allfriendsco.group within 14 days of delivery. Our fulfillment partner (Printful) will review and issue a replacement or refund if applicable.
International Orders & Customs
Customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We can’t control border delays or fees (if we could, we’d charge the politicians instead).
International Orders: Shipping rates are shown in your local currency and may include conversion from USD. Taxes or import fees, if applicable, are determined by your country’s customs office.
